LX Toranas
Holden LX Toranas were built in 1976 to 1978. The LX body looked fairly similar to the previous torana, the LH, but the 2 door body returned. Again engines were everything from a 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder and 253 and 308ci V8s.
These days toranas are still a popular little muscle car body with a decent sized engine bay to drop a big V8, an EFI 5.0L will bolt in fairly easily, and a couple of the LX Toranas on this site have Chev 400ci V8s.
