Holden released the WM Statesman in September 2006. Base model WM Statesmans were originally offered for $58,990, with the top of the range Caprice going for $65,990 for V6, or $69,990 for a V8.
The available engines in WM Statesmans are the 3.6 ltire V6, which makes 195kW, or the 6 litree LS2 V8. As usual in the Statesman range, manual transmissions are not available standard or as an option.
