Holden Gemini Pictures
Holden Gemini was a small 4 cylinder Holden vehicle released in Australia in 1975, at the same time it was sold as the Isuzu Gemini in Japan. The first model was the TX, then came the TC and TD. These were available with either a 1.6 or 1.8 litre single overhead cam Isuzu engine, in either trimatic or 4 or 5 speed manual. All of these models were rear wheel drive. Body shapes available were sedan, coupe, wagon or panelvan.
In 1979 Geminis grew slightly larger. The models realesed were TE, TF and TG until 1983. This is probably the most common gemini shape getting around these days, and was the last of the rear wheel drive geminis.
In 1985, GM released the Holden Gemini RB. Unfortunately this was a front wheel drive car, it was less popular than the earlier models, and subsequently this was the last model of Gemmi released.
