Lee's V8 vk Calais
16 year old Lee sent us in photo of his vk calais sedan. It is powered by a holden 308 vk with an auto transmission. To help this v8 engine breath, the car has a 3 inch exhaust and extractors, and a large k&n air filter.
To make this vk calais look better, it has been lowered 3 inches all round on monroe shocks, and sits on a set of holden clubsport rims. Inside the car has a sports steering wheel and a stereo consisting of a dxz735mp clarion cd/mp3 etc, with clarion rear coaxials and mb qaurt front splits in custom pods.
This is a pretty awesome car for a 16 year old to be driving Lee, your holden vk calais is cool. Good work mate.

yeah
i know it sucks because the laws change in every state of Aus, VIC is getting really strict with their new rules, my little sister is too lazy to get her L's, and went and bought a 5ltr and wont be able to drive it for 5 years! lol!

ahhh i see i dont really know about the road laws im a pom but i got close to not bein able 2 drive my vk because of those laws. feel sorry for the younger people lol

Im taking a wild guess and going by the vinyards in the background, he could be from SA, and 16 year olds can get their P plates at that age... thats if the laws havent changed there in the past couple of years... :)

Nice car m8 but if your 16 doesnt that mean you cant drive it due to the new laws that came in june 1st?
