Chevrolet Pictures
Chevrolet is owned by General Motors(GM), the same parent company that owns the Australian brand Holden. For years General Motors have exported some of its Holden cars such as the Holden Commodore under names such like 'Chevrolet Lumina', and exporting the Holden Statesman as a 'Chevrolet Caprice'. Various models of Chevrolet been sold in Australia under the holden name as well.
In mid 1999, Holden dropped its Aussie built 5 litre V8 engine, replacing it with the 5.7 litre Chev LS1 (Gen III) V8. They have now moved on to the LS2.
Since there are heaps of great Chev cars out there, and many of the parts are shared, we have decided to add a Chev gallery to this website. If you have a hot Chev car, send it in, we'd love to put it up on this site.
