Hi there, I have a 2003 WK Caprice. I have noticed that the larger of the two thermo fans does not come on...ever. I've noticed the smaller one comes on when the temp rises but never ever the larger one. Is that normal? Is the larger of the two supposed to be always on or what? thanks

have you turn on the Air Con to see that the larger fan comes on???
