yes it is but un hook batry then wen uve taken it out and its all back together re conect and start the car and hold it on about 3000 rpm 4 bout 1 minute it will use bit mor fuel but its werth it also poll the cat converter out and nok the guts out ove it hop this helps

yea hes right i did it to my vn dosnt hurt it its just there to smooth it out a little
