It doesn't do this everytime. Usually when there are alot of people about! It seems like something is sticking. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Heya, check the door lock knobs on the doors, sometimes one or more can get sticky. I think water gets on the mechanism and makes it dodgy!

Cheers for that, I sprayed a bit of WD40 around the lock knobs. Worked a treat!
