Now you can upload your own car pictures onto myholden.com
How to do it:
1.
Register for the myholden gallery system by clicking here. Even if you are a registered forum member, you will have to register again for the myholden gallery system.
2. Once your registration was successful, you will be prompted to log in. Do it
3. You can now add your own commodore gallery by browsing to whatever model you have. Click on the Holden Gallery link on the left hand side of the menu, then click until you see your model. Once you are in a model gallery, eg VL commodores, you should see a link saying to add your commodore, register, login and click here. Click it....
4. Fill in all the fields about your page. The more you fill in, the more people will visit your page, and the more chance it will appear in search engines such as google. Once you've filled in as much as you can, click the "Create" button.
5. If all goes well you should get a message saying "Album Created Successfully" in a crazy lime green font. Now click the "Add Items" link in the Options menu, which is the second column from the left.
Now, for each image you want to upload, click the "Browse..." buttons, find the file on your computer, and then click 'Open'. Enter a caption for each image if you wish.
Everything else will be ok as default, so when your done, click the "Add Items" button.
6. Hopefully you see another Success message letting you know all went well. If you do, you can click on the link to your cars album up the top in the middle, under the myholden.com logo.
If you have any problems doing any of this, I'd really like to hear about them so I can fix stuff up. Post them on the forum here. Also any feedback if you are successful would be good too.
