does anyone know how to remove the locks off the trim so i can take the trim off the door so i can get to the speakers

Yeah mate, the little orange bit at the bottom of the lock needs to be popped out with a small screw driver or the like! It only comes out a little way though, not totally off. You should then be able to just lift it off!
